We started renting cars in Hawaii in 2003. Our new website Tropic Cars rents the same cars you would get from the major rental car agencies, yet at discounted rates with extra benefits. Our operations are based in Maui, although we rent cars on all the large Hawaiian Islands.

We started this business because we are passionate about the islands and want to share the experience with others and make it afordable to all travelers.

We pride ourselves on being involved in the day-to-day operations of our car rental business. From negotiating the best rates to building our website, we love to take part. Our enthusiasm shows from the top dowm. Our customer service is one of the main drivers of our satisfied customer base. We often recieve awesome customer reviews and post them on our website.
